Outdoor and Adventurous Activities

Over 30 activities. One 30-acre site in the Surrey Hills. Archery to zip wire, bushcraft to climbing — however your group wants to get outdoors, Bentley Copse has been running activity days, camps and residentials for Scouts, Guides, schools, Duke of Edinburgh groups and youth organisations since 1918. With our friendly professional instructors on hand throughout, we’ll help you build a programme that fits your group’s aims and budget.

More than 20,000 young people camp or take part in activities at Bentley Copse each year

Activities at Bentley Copse aren’t just for the day (although our Activity Days are awesome). Many groups build a full stay around them — camping under canvas or staying in our dormitories between sessions. Learn more about Camping here.

We advise you to book your instructor led sessions as early as possible, but do speak to our team about what we can do to help you at short notice.
